Boundary Channel Drive Holds Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

Shirley held its official ribbon cutting ceremony for the Boundary Channel Drive at I-395 Interchange Design-Build Project in Arlington County, Virginia. Attendees included officials from Arlington County, VDOT, other local municipalities and the general public.

The project team reduced the roadway from four lanes to two lanes, converted two crossroad ramp terminals into roundabouts, constructed a sidewalk on the eastbound side, added a mixed-use path westbound side, and constructed a connection to the Mount Vernon Trail within National Park Service property. Dewberry was the project engineer for this project.
